My Philosophy:
I believe that health and fitness is not just a class that you attend for 50 minutes a day. It is a lifestyle choice. Having a fit body allows us to enjoy life the way it was meant to live. Staying active is the key. Finding an activity that you enjoy helps you achieve that goal and should be a top priority.

1 tort. chip w/ 7-layer dip     9.5 mins. of stairs
A cracker with cheese           walk for 13 mins.
